EXAMPLE

Step 1. ‘RECEIVE QUOTE’ You receive your quotation after making an enquiry and further CAD illustration or Finance Example if requested.

Step 2. ‘50% ON ORDER’ You would like to proceed and place the order. You can do this by making a card payment or bank transfer of 50% of the order value to secure the price, plans and proceed with the order.

Step 3. ‘SIGN OFF ORDER’ You receive the plans, order form and any samples you’ve requested to infill you order. Once signed, infilled and returned this will proceed with manufacturing.

Step 4. ‘RECEIVE PLANS AND INSTALL GUIDES’ You receive your delivery dates, installation guides and remaining balance is required to be paid prior to your delivery date. If having a Durabase, you will receive your Pad Plan as soon as they have drawn this up. (Usually within a couple of weeks)

Step 5. ‘YOUR KIT IS DELIVERED!’ Receive your Conservatory Kit and begin building! It’s really that straight forward!
